As I mentioned earlier the auction is a little more cramped after this 2 ♠ response. It is not so convenient for north to double without tolerance for hearts. Therefore we are going to use 2 NT to show a balanced invitational hand with spades but not necessarily hearts.
South has a maximum and hearts stopped so raises to game. There is no need to check for a heart fit as north would normally double with a similar hand that includes four or more hearts.
